2. Nature of Service

HVAC Estimating Services provides highly accurate mechanical, piping, and ductwork takeoffs based entirely on the drawings, specifications, and addenda provided by the Client. We act as an independent consulting firm.

3. Client Responsibilities

The accuracy of our estimates heavily relies on the completeness of the plans provided. It is the Client's responsibility to submit all necessary blueprints, addendums, specifications, and material pricing matrices prior to the commencement of the estimating process.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our team utilizes industry-standard software (such as FastDUCT, PlanSwift) and localized RSMeans data to ensure precision. However, HVAC Estimating Services provides estimates for bidding and pre-construction purposes. We do not accept liability for:

  • Fluctuations in local material pricing or labor rate changes after the estimate is delivered.
  • Errors arising from omitted, illegible, or outdated drawings provided by the Client.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost bids or project overruns.

5. Revisions and Final Review

We strongly recommend that the Client thoroughly reviews all quantities and labor calculations before submitting an official bid. We allow reasonable revisions if additional information or architectural changes are submitted promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HVAC Estimating Services and is protected by copyright laws. Our estimating templates and delivery formats remain our intellectual property.

7. Payment Terms

Quotes for estimating services are provided upfront. Work commences once the terms and invoicing agreements established in your quote are finalized. Turnaround times (e.g., 24-48 hours) begin upon final confirmation of project scope.
